Tecnoplay was an Italian pinball manufacturer active in the late 1980s and early 1990s, producing Solid State machines for the European amusement market. Like other Italian manufacturers of the era — including Mr. Game and Zaccaria — Tecnoplay operated in a domestic market with distinct tastes and distribution networks, producing machines that rarely reached North American collectors during the company’s active years.

Tecnoplay’s catalog is small, reflecting the limited scale of Italian pinball manufacturing compared to the American industry of the same period. Their machines are now genuinely rare, making them attractive to specialists pursuing a comprehensive survey of European Solid State production.
