Unidirectional Spinning Discs with Magnet

A variant of Spinning Discs equipped with an embedded magnet that spins in one direction only. The fixed rotational direction produces a more consistent — though still chaotic — deflection pattern than its Bidirectional Spinning Discs with Magnet counterpart, while the magnet adds a pulling force that grips the steel ball momentarily before flinging it away. Stern’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2020) pro model featured this mechanism, offering a single-direction magnetic disc as a simpler counterpart to the bidirectional version found on the premium and limited-edition models of the same title.
