Kickback
A solenoid-powered mechanism in the outlane that fires the ball back onto the playfield instead of allowing it to drain. The kickback is a second chance — earned by completing a target sequence or hitting a specific shot — that rescues the ball from what would otherwise be an unrecoverable drain. Typically installed in the left outlane, kickbacks must usually be re-earned after each use. The feature adds a strategic layer: players must decide whether to prioritize re-lighting the kickback or pursuing higher-scoring objectives elsewhere on the playfield.
