Bar Targets

A type of Standup Targets that uses a long, rectangular piece of plastic as the target face instead of the smaller round or square targets found in standard standup configurations. The elongated hitting surface makes bar targets easier to strike but allows designers to position them in tight spaces or across lane openings where a wider target face is needed. They appeared on approximately 16 IPDB-cataloged machines and served as a variation on the standard standup target for designers who wanted a different visual profile or a broader target area without resorting to a full Drop Targets bank.
