    ipdb.notes
The manufacturers Tool Room copy of the original playfield drawing (both documents not shown here) is dated 7/2/58, completed 7/1/58, some changes then noted 7/16/58. Pictured in this listing is a backglass that is marked "MADE IN IRELAND" along its bottom edge, visible to the player. It is made of actual glass, not plastic. We don't know the story behind it but we speculate that this may have been an early attempt to deal with shipping breakage from the USA, before plastic backglasses were used for USA games shipped to Europe. The cabinet for this game has had its serial number painted over and cannot be determined.
