Flippers (3), Pop bumpers (2), Slingshots (2), Kick-out hole (1), Spinning target (1), Captive ball (1), Scoop (1), Elevated mini-playfield. Ramp diverter. Left outlane kickback. Up to 5-ball multiball. Speech. Captive ball in recessed mini-playfield hits resettable bowling pins. Bowling ball pop bumper caps. An actual floor rug was included with each factory purchase to place under the machine. The backglass is a translite, not glass. On the elevated mini-playfield are a garage building, two targets, a looping lane, and a scoop. If the player hits the two targets a couple of times, a car mode will be lit, then shooting the scoop on this mini-playfield will start the car mode. The garage door will open, revealing a car mounted on it, acting as a bash toy. Also, shooting the loop adds another letter in B-O-W-L-I-N-G. Spelling this word lights "Let's go bowling" in the scoop and at the left-side kick-out hole on the main playfield. Scoring this lit feature in either place feeds a captive ball to the oscillating ball launcher in the recessed Bowling Alley in center playfield. Pressing a launch button shoots this ball towards the ten pins. A special algorithm decides which of the ten pins will be "hit" depending on the angle of the ball launcher. There is some randomness in this algorithm to avoid repetitiveness. Factory-installed illumination: Backbox - custom-made light conducting plate. Playfield - all lamps are LED. Cabinet - all lamps are LED.

Additional mechanical engineering by Apparatenfabriek ARA B.V. (company). Electronic engineering by Guus Fingskes and Apparatenfabriek ARA B.V. The manufacturer's official name for this game is "The Big Lebowski Pinball" although the word 'Pinball' does not appear on the translite or cabinet or on the playfield underneath the apron. It does appear on the DMD in attract mode therefore we list this game by that name. The model number DP-069 was provided to us by the manufacturer and does not appear on the game itself. Five pre-production prototypes had a lower apron which held no cards and was illuminated from underneath. Production games used card-holding aprons. The manufacturer advised us that the first shipment of this game occurred April 2016. The game pictured here has a numbered "Achiever Edition" plaque on the card holder and also came with an Achiever Edition Certificate. The owner told us that these two items were for the early pre-order customers who stayed with Dutch Pinball during a troubled started up phase. Otherwise, he did not see any differences between this game and one that did not have this plaque. 2016 USA distributor price: $9,995.00 The manufacturer made a quantity of 95 of this First Model. A revised version was made as Dutch Pinball's 2019 'The Big Lebowski Pinball (Second Model)'. This game is based on the 1998 movie "The Big Lebowski" and features characters and events from this movie.
