Surf
Overview
Surf exists under the Bensa name in two builds; this is the single-player Solid State one, made as circuit boards began to replace relays in Italian pinball, alongside an Electromechanical counterpart catalogued as Surf. The other Bensa tables that arcade-museum.com records — Big Brave, KnoKOut, Space Time and Wild Boy — are electromechanical builds of the mid-1970s,[1] and, as with the EM Surf, this Surfing game’s attribution to the Milan maker rests on the identification made by the collector Thierry Delisle.[2]
