This is not a pinball machine. This is a device called an "electronic upright" or just "upright". Also called a "flasher type" slot machine. This is the model made for export. The domestic non-payout version is Keeney's 1960 'Red Arrow' and has a different backglass. We can find no information about this game other than the flyer shown here. The flyer advertised an advantage of a "Club" machine over a "Pub" machine. We found an explanation of the difference between the two types in The Billboard, Feb-12-1966, page 65 where it states, "The club model gives a jackpot payout and the pub model pays out a cash maximum of 14 cents for a 7-cent play, or a 70-cent token which can be exchanged for goods."
