    According to the January 1953 issue of Bally-Who, a monthly newsletter from Bally, this game introduced the "4-sectional playfield" used on subsequent horserace games. An article in The Billboard, Dec-1-1937, page 95 stated this game started production 15 months prior to the article and ended after a 6-month run. This would roughly calculate to be a production run from September 1936 to February 1937. Payout version sold for $149.50. Ticket version sold for $159.50. Equipped with Electropak. No extra charge for check separator. This game is Model 119. Bally also documented two Deluxe models: Model 205: Bally's 1937 'De Luxe Preakness' Model 206: Bally's 1937 'De Luxe Preakness'
