IPDB We find only two references for this Chicago manufacturer: 1) Automatic Age magazine, June 1932, page 115 (online PDF page is 119) has a pictureless article indicating Johnson and Johnson is a manufacturer and was bringing out "a new Twin model machine known as the Olympic Doubles." 2) Automatic Age magazine, June 1932, page 126 (online PDF page is 130) has a full-page picture advertisement where the text of this ad headlines The NEW Olympic "Doubles" and describes its features and dimensions (which we present in this listing). Curiously, the twin game pictured on page 126 shows on its lockdown bar the name "Olympic Sportsman". The only reference we find for an Olympic Sportsman game is a text listing on page 136 in the Encyclopedia of Pinball Volume 1 indicating it was made in June 1932 by The Olympic Manufacturing Company of Chicago, shown in their ads as the Olympic Games Mfg. Co. It sometimes happens that a manufacturer mistakenly shows one of their other games in their ads but we would not expect them to picture a game from a competitor. More information is needed to clarify any apparent errors in the information we have found. used
