This listing is based upon the appearance of this game at the 1981 Forainexpo, a show held each year in December at Le Bourget at the outskirts of Paris, France. A report of this 1981 show appeared in the January 1982 issue of Replay Magazine. It indicated this game made its "world debut" at the ENADA show in Rome, Italy. For the date of that show, we rely on a trade show notice from the summer of 1981 advertising that ENADA was to occur the following October 15-18. An ad shown here from Automat magazine's combined August/September 1981 issue precedes the December debut but it has no picture nor indicates the game's availability. It may just be a teaser ad. The Automat December 1981 ad does show a picture of the game. The two pictures shown here of Mr. Carnevali are not identical as evidenced by comparing the position of the wall art behind his head. We don't know of any other example of this game other than the one(s) we have pictured. It was previously listed here as the two-word name 'New York' and may be listed that way in other pinball resources
