Genco announced in The Billboard, Jun-26-1954, page 115, that they were shipping this game to distributors. Genco advertised this game under the generic name "Rifle Gallery" as shown on the backglass. The backglass also showed the words "Moving Target" which was the major selling point of the game. We list this game by the longer name "Moving Target Rifle Gallery" to help differentiate it from similarly-named gun games such as Genco's follow up to this game in November 1954, Genco's 1954 'Big Top Rifle Gallery'. The manufacturer helpfully labeled their schematic diagram as "Genco's Moving Target Rifle Gallery", located in our Files Section. Interestingly, it is dated 8-12-54, nearly two months after the game began shipping, therefore likely is not the first issue of that schematic. We are missing page 2 of 2 of that document.
