    ipdb.notes
According to Bueschel's Encyclopedia of Pinball Vol 1, this pin table has a walnut-finish cabinet measuring 35 inches long by 16 inches wide, was first called "Monarch Ball", and was shipped from the factory with a set of printed back panel marquees offering a variety of non-cash prizes for high scores. These marquee cards were printed on both sides, with the back side indicating a money amount to be paid for the high scores printed on the front. Author Dick Bueschel also wrote that this game came in three models: penny, nickel, and two-for-5 play, but stated that nobody has ever found the two-for-5 version.
