    ipdb.notes
This is a copy of Gottlieb's 1962 'Rack-A-Ball' but with different art. We previously showed a date for this game of 1967 but, according to the magazine El Mundo del Automatico, No. 42, February 1965, page 46, the official presentation of this game took place February 4, 1965 at the La Rotunda hotel in Barcelona, Spain. Under the lower apron of one game is this playfield information: Sand dye 5-9-67 We are told "Sand dye" is the company who made the playfield but we have no further information on that company. The number shown with it may have been the reason for our 1967 date but it may be a date (Sep-5-1967) for a reissuance of this playfield. Pictured in this listing is a picture of a blank playfield described to us as NOS but its lower left corner does not have this information.
