Per Cash Box, May-14-1966 page 71, Bally announced delivery "this week" of their 'Gold Rush' replay and add-a-ball models. Per Billboard, May-14-1966 page 63, Bally announced delivery "last week" of their �Gold Rush� replay and add-a-ball models.
