They were again referred to as Daval Manufacturing Corporation in a Billboard article and ad dated Jun-19-1948 pages 104 and 107 that indicated a new company, Scot Industries, took over Daval's tools and dies for the manufacturing of Daval's counter games and parts as well as offering repair service "on all Daval games". used
