- ipdb.notable_features
- IPDB 1 ball for 5 cents. Ball kicker (1). Pushing a coin in the coin slide lights up on the "Make" side of the mirrored backglass anywhere from five to ten numbers (the words "or Over" count as one of the ten possibilities). Payout odds are lighted on the "Take" side. The playfield is made of stainless steel and is electrified during play. The steel ball hitting a bumper spring closes the circuit and increases the "bumper score" which is projected in the center of the backglass. Kicker in lower playfield sets up back-and-forth ball action with the spring directly above it. Payout is awarded when the players total bumper score corresponds to the "Make" numbers. Patent No. 2,184,866 [GAME APPARATUS] filed July 29, 1937. Granted December 26, 1939 to Bruno Radtke. used
