ipdb.notes
IPDB Pictured here is a prototype of a woodrail version of the metal-railed wedge head Gottlieb's 1965 'Bank-A-Ball'. This prototype is entirely electromechanical operation and was hand-built in 2008 by Herb Silvers and his technician while his shop personnel applied the cabinet art. This game was licensed by Gottlieb LLC to be Retro Pinball's second production game, following Retro Pinball LLC's 2010 'King of Diamonds'. It did not go into production and this prototype was the only one made. The rotating 4-target assembly at center playfield operates similar to the ones used on Williams games like Williams' 1967 'Beat Time'. used
