IPDB This game has the same playfield as Bally's 1937 'Daily Dozen'. In the August 1940 issue of Automatic Age, page 25, Bally president Ray Moloney stated that Bally Reserve was an operator-designed game but did not mention the operator's name. He also stated that production of this game would, within a week, increase to a 500-a-day schedule. used
