3-inch Flippers (8), four red and four yellow. This is a head-to-head game where two players at opposite ends of the playfield compete in simultaneous play. Each player has flipper buttons which control only those flippers facing the opponent.
    ipdb.notes
Cabinet resembles a foosball table where balls are dropped at start of game into a trough on side of cabinet. Player removes each ball from the trough and places them one-at-a-time into a hole in cabinet wall to drop it onto the playfield which is completely bare except for eight flippers. Raised areas at each corner of playfield disallow dead balls in these areas. A bead counter in front of each player keeps the score. Each half of the playfield is slanted towards the player nearest it, leaving a ridge across the mid-playfield which is partly covered with a large, round, blue-colored applique showing to each player the words Baby Flip and the name Stella below them. We have no date for this game but 3-inch pinball flippers first appeared in the late 1960s. The game looks to be from around that time. Stella Baby-Foot makes foosball tables and has been in operation since 1928.
