- According to the Encylopedia of Pinball Vol 1, the newly formed Chicago Coin Machine Company (previously the Chicago Coin Machine Exchange) together with Stoner Manufacturing won an injunction against Birmingham Vending Company claiming this game was an infringement on their "Aristocrat" series of games. As a result, this pin table was Birmingham's last pinball game, as the owners, brothers Max and Harry Hurvich, got out of the pinball business and eventually went into making coin-operated billiard tables.
