Floating Rollover Buttons

A type of Rollover Buttons distinguished by its unfastened mounting method. Rather than being mechanically attached to the playfield or a housing, the plastic button simply rests in a hole and is held in place by the upward tension of the leaf switch beneath it. This tension pushes the button slightly proud of the playfield surface — high enough to deflect slow-moving balls or subtly alter trajectory. Operators can adjust how far the button protrudes by bending the top blade of the leaf switch, allowing fine-tuning of ball interaction without removing or replacing parts.
